Refund Policy

Penny Press of York, Inc. is the printer I use. See address below. Once you have approved the proof and items have been printed refunds cannot be issued.

These booklets are printed and waiting for orders for a customized/personalized cover to then be applied to the booklet.

A proof will be faxed or E-mailed to you for your final approval before printing can take place. Orders received before 4:00 P.M. EST will be shipped UPS ground within 3 business days after approval of proof is received. (Orders can be shipped next day or 2 day - Must call for RUSH shipping charges)
